Live transfers run on your schedule. We connect callers whenever your intake team is available, during business hours or extended hours, including evenings and weekends if you're staffed for them.
How pricing works
Live transfers cost $200–$450 per transfer. Your price depends mainly on the area you target. Broader coverage means lower pricing, because we can reach more injured workers. You pay only for qualified transfers, with no retainer and no ad spend. Exclusive leads cost $95–$200 per lead.
Every campaign includes a written replacement policy, agreed before launch. It spells out what counts as an invalid lead (wrong number, duplicate, not injured at work, already represented, outside your state), how long you have to flag one, and whether you get a replacement lead or a credit. You never pay for a lead that doesn't meet the agreed criteria.
